Dredd (2012)

Since his first appearance in "2000AD" Judge Dredd was destined for the movies. Films like "RoboCop" were inspired by Judge Dredd, but it was not until the mid 1990's did the iconic character get his own film.

And that movie sucked.

In 2012, writer Alex Garland had a vision to bring Judge Dredd bacj to his roots and the hyper-violent stylized film came to audiences.
